Fanie Roux – BLC, LLB

Stephanus Abraham Roux, fondly known as Fanie, has been in legal practice in George since 1987. With decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he offers clients trusted legal expertise across a wide range of practice areas.

Fanie obtained his BLC degree in 1981 and his LLB degree in 1983 from the University of Pretoria. He was admitted as an Attorney in 1986, as a Conveyancer in 1988, and as a Notary in 1991. His extensive qualifications and years of hands-on experience make him a highly respected figure in the legal community.

As a proud member of the South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association (SARIPA), Fanie upholds the highest professional and ethical standards in every matter he undertakes. He brings extensive knowledge of business rescue and insolvency law to his practice. His meticulous approach, strategic insight, and dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes have earned him a reputation for integrity and results-driven service.

Nicolene joined our firm in 2009 and leads our Accounts Department, specialising in business rescues, liquidations, deceased estates, and commercial matters.

As a valued member of the South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association (SARIPA), she upholds the highest ethical and professional standards in her work. With a proven track record of delivering results, Nicolene ensures precision, efficiency, and strategic insight in every matter she handles.
